Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Deploy Computer Solutions! We ship all of our orders via UPS or FedEx. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 7-10 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of any order, Deploy Computer Solutions will contact you via email provided.
Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via UPS or FedEx. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Damages
Deploy Computer Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days of purchase. You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise to Deploy Computer Solutions. RA number can be requested by completing the form below or email request.
Any unopened product still in factory sealed packaging may be refunded or exchanged without any restocking fees.
A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from opened products and must be in like-new condition with all packing materials.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned product is not in original/ like new condition, damaged (not caused by shipping), and/or missing any of the original contents (Retail package, manual, accessories, etc).
